Please contact the store you purchased from for a return or exchange. We cannot provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.
Canceling An Order
Although we do not accept returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to Belleavinacrown.com after contacting support at Belleavinacrown@gmail.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
The tracking shows the package was delivered, but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, Belleavina Crown is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. Please get in touch with the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to the airline to assist with the investigation.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be open on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver contact the carrier to schedule a pick-up at the holding facility.
Shipping Lead Time
All orders have at least 3-4 business days before receipt of the order. The shipping method applies after the order has shipped.
Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of at least 5-6 business days upon receipt of the order. The shipping method applies after the order has shipped.
